HBOTLAB | Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy India

What is HBOT

Oxygen that works

deeper than you think

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a treatment where a person breathes nearly pure oxygen inside a specially designed chamber at increased air pressure. HBOT India is now accessible through organised wellness centres, with sessions available in cities including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore — and now HBOT Noida through HBOTLAB’s expanding network.

At normal conditions, air is 21% oxygen. Inside an HBOT chamber, both concentration and pressure rise — letting oxygen reach tissues that blood cells alone cannot adequately supply.

This enables oxygen to penetrate deeper into the body, supporting tissue repair, reducing inflammation, and assisting healing in conditions where standard care alone may not be sufficient.

Beyond these 14, a growing body of peer-reviewed research supports HBOT across neurological recovery, sports performance, longevity, and mental health — areas where clinical investigation continues to accelerate.

Process of HBOT

What a session typically looks like

A calm, structured experience. Most people find it restful — some fall asleep.

1
Check-in and Preparation
You arrive, change into cotton clothing, and a nurse reviews your vitals and medical history before the session.
2
Enter the Chamber
Lie comfortably with a clear hood or mask. As pressure builds, your ears may pop — staff guide you through it.
3
Pressurisation and Treatment
Pressure rises to 1.5-3.0x normal. Breathe naturally for 60-90 minutes. Read, rest, or listen to music.
4
Depressurise and Finish
Pressure slowly reduces. Ears may pop again. You are assisted out and checked before leaving. No downtime needed.

Before You Begin

Key considerations before your first session

HBOT is non-invasive and generally well-tolerated. A few things are worth knowing before you start.

Medical Evaluation
A basic medical review confirms HBOT is appropriate for your condition and health profile.
Time Commitment
HBOT is delivered over multiple sessions. Individual sessions typically last 60-90 minutes.
Ear and Sinus Check
Pressure changes require ear equalisation. Active congestion may need resolving first.
Preparation and Expectations
Outcomes depend on consistency and context. HBOT works best as part of an informed protocol.

Common Questions

Questions people ask before starting

The pressurised environment allows oxygen to dissolve directly into blood plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, and lymph — reaching tissues that red blood cells alone cannot adequately supply. At increased pressure, oxygen penetrates areas where circulation is limited, supporting repair from the inside out.
Yes. HBOT is considered safe when delivered under proper supervision. It has been used for decades in medical settings and follows well-established safety protocols. A medical evaluation is conducted before treatment begins.
Most people find it calm and comfortable. As the chamber pressurises, you may feel a slight pressure in your ears similar to the feeling during a flight. During the session, you can relax, read, or listen to music.
No downtime is needed. You can return to your normal day immediately after a session. Many people describe feeling calm and refreshed after treatment.
HBOT is generally well-tolerated. The most common sensation is mild ear pressure during the session, which is temporary and easily managed. Serious adverse effects are rare when treatment is conducted in a properly supervised setting.

“HBOT is non-invasive, well-researched, and increasingly accessible. Understanding what to expect removes the uncertainty that stops most people from exploring it.”

What people are saying

Voices from the HBOT community

When it comes to healing injuries faster, increasing oxygen delivery to damaged tissues, and causing a natural release of your own stem cells — there is nothing as powerful as HBOT.

Available Across India

HBOT India — Organised,
Medical-Grade, Accessible

For years, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in India was available only in isolated hospital setups — difficult to find, inconsistent in quality, and rarely explained to the patient. HBOTLAB was built to change that.

As India’s first organised HBOT network, HBOTLAB brings medical-grade hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients across multiple cities under a single quality standard. Whether you are exploring HBOT India for wound healing, neurological recovery, cancer support, or performance — every centre in the network operates with the same clinical protocol and the same commitment to informed care.

Our HBOT Noida centre serves the Delhi NCR region — one of the most underserved markets for organised hyperbaric care in the country. Conveniently located for patients across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and South Delhi, HBOT Noida at HBOTLAB is staffed by trained clinical personnel and equipped with medical-grade chambers operating at clinically validated pressure levels.
